Mark Sirkin is a management consultant specializing in executive development, mediation, coaching, and organizational change. He is well known in the consulting field for his expertise with family-owned enterprises and closely-held businesses and partnerships, including law firms. He is a senior board-level advisor to several companies. He has completed post-doctoral work in organizational consulting and is also a Certified ExitPlanning Advisor (CEPA).  

Mark has written numerous articles and two books, The Secret Life of Corporations: Understanding the True Nature of Business (2004; 2nd Edition, 2020) and Regain Your Balance: At Work, with Family, in Life (2016). He has taught at the graduate level at the University of Rochester, CUNY, NYU, Yeshiva University, and The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. Mark is currently the immediate Past-President of the Society of Consulting Psychology (Division 13) of the American Psychological Association. He has served in the following roles:
