Michelle has achieved effective results with leaders, partners and teams throughout her career. She has successfully supported leaders at executive and director levels through a wide variety of challenges in the private, non-profit, and public sectors. She has been a certified executive coach for almost 20 years and is one of 7% of coaches globally that has achieved the Master Certified Coach designation from the International Coaching Federation.

Michelle grew up on the Canadian prairies where the expansive skyline helped shape her sense of possibility. Her avid love of nature and physical pursuits lead her to venture year-round into the seemingly limitless backcountry of the RockyMountains. She translated all this into how she works when serving as an executive coach or mediator with business partners and executives. She connects her spirit of adventure with her clients and invites them to “break trail” and discover possibilities previously unimagined, both in themselves and in their partner relationships. She helps partners recognize their signature contributions to their partnership or enterprise. She mediates PartnershipCharters, or partner conflicts, by helping partners discover their unique contributions, and their ideas for how to resolve impasses and design resilient partnerships.

Michelle is comfortable working at the individual-to-individual level or the systems level. She’s served as a system-level leader responsible for creating and aligning governance structures in organizations with thousands of employees. In her career she served in the following roles:
